At its core, the rewards system is an employee loyalty program that motivates individuals to earn points and redeem exciting rewards. This system is a standardised and easy way for managers to motivate their employees. It serves as a side benefit by encouraging employees to take actions that benefit the company, such as accurately reporting their work hours.

Earn points

Employees can earn points by performing different activities and taking part in competitions.

Daily recurring activities

One-off activities

Leaderboard competition

Employees also compete with other users on the platform to win the weekly leaderboard. The user who accumulates the most points in a week becomes the winner and receives extra points from the system.

Redeem rewards

Once employees have accumulated enough points, they can spend the points on redeeming rewards. The rewards shop has rewards from different categories.
